FundedForYou

A full-stack prop trading comparison platform built from scratch and serving 20,000+ users, where traders compare funding firms across Forex and Futures markets by challenges, spreads, rules, and offers. As Product Engineer I owned the entire product end-to-end — database design through deployment: a PostgreSQL schema of 17 models, an Express API of 14+ modules, and a Next.js frontend with a full admin dashboard. Highlights include a comparison engine spanning 50+ data points, bilingual English/Arabic with full RTL, Stripe payments across 140+ currencies, an admin dashboard with drag-and-drop, a rich text editor and real-time updates, and multi-strategy auth (JWT, OTP, magic links, and Google OAuth).

Marketio

Marketio is a bilingual e-commerce store, Arabic-first and properly right to left. Shoppers browse 74 products in seven categories through a rich home page, a mega menu, brand and category pages, search and filters that live in the URL. Product pages have a gallery, colour and storage options, reviews and specs, server-rendered with structured data for Google. Checkout offers Stripe card payment, cash on delivery or an order sent over WhatsApp; totals, coupons and free-shipping rules are always calculated on the server, and a signed Stripe webhook marks orders paid. The admin panel has a sales dashboard, orders with status changes and a bilingual product editor with photo uploads, and a one-click read-only demo where every write is refused on the server and customer details are masked. Light and dark themes; 98 mobile performance on a product page in PageSpeed Insights.

Zemam

Zemam runs the daily work of a rabbit farm from the phone. A breeding-cycle engine follows every doe through mating, palpation, birth and weaning and turns that into “today's tasks”, so nothing is forgotten. Owners also get kit groups through to sale, health cases, stock and expenses, farm statistics, worker accounts with per-person permissions, CSV import, and an AI assistant (Claude) that answers questions about their own farm. My own SaaS product, built end to end: full Arabic (RTL) and English, installable as an app (PWA) with push notifications, covered by unit tests (Vitest) and end-to-end tests (Playwright). Auto Range

Website and admin for Auto Range, a Land Rover and Range Rover service center in Egypt. Customers book in three steps (car, services, day and time) with real slot capacity, so full and past times lock and the last place can't be double-booked, then follow their car through each stage with a booking code. A genuine-parts shop searches by name, filters by model, category and stock, and sends the customer's list as one WhatsApp message while saving it for the owner. The owner runs everything from the admin: dashboard, bookings with status changes and ready-made WhatsApp replies in the customer's language, request and message inboxes, parts, services and content, and settings that go live instantly. Arabic-first (RTL) and English, with structured data, sitemap and share images per part. Built end to end, from the brand and logo to deployment, with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Prisma and PostgreSQL. Try it: the public demo has a one-click “Try the admin” and resets every night.

Nibras is a bilingual online course platform for independent instructors. Students browse a catalogue in English or Arabic, watch free preview lessons, and buy a course or subscribe through Stripe Checkout, confirmed by webhook. The classroom resumes each lesson where the student stopped, tracks progress per section and watermarks the video with the student's email, even in full screen; a final quiz unlocks a printable certificate with a public verification page. Instructors get their own workspace (course and lesson editor, quizzes, students, earnings by course, public profile), and admins manage categories, instructors, courses and users from a dashboard of revenue, subscribers and enrolments. Arabic (RTL) and English throughout, with a calm light and dark theme. Built end to end, from the brand and logo to deployment, with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Express, Prisma, PostgreSQL and Stripe. TalentBridge

Full-stack screening platform for twice-exceptional students (gifted with learning challenges), built for a Saudi Ministry of Education special-education programme. Teachers and parents fill in bilingual (Arabic/English, full RTL) assessment forms at talentbridge.yousefayman.com; results are scored instantly and feed an analytics dashboard where specialists review the results with interactive charts. Built as a Turborepo monorepo with Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS 4 on Supabase (Postgres with row-level security, Auth, Edge Functions) and Recharts. RHC World Cup 2026

A real-time score-prediction game built end-to-end, as a friendly, just-for-fun competition among RedaHazardControl Group's 200+ employees during World Cup 2026. Players predict match scores, earn points by accuracy, and climb a live leaderboard with streaks and achievements, while admins manage users, matches, and results. From the outset my first concern was that it stay fully halal: no betting, no entry fees, and no money involved — purely a free, points-based game played for fun among colleagues. Built with React 19, TypeScript, and Vite on the front end, with Firebase Auth and Firestore powering real-time data, and live football-data.org score sync proxied server-side through Netlify functions. Fully bilingual (Arabic/English) with full RTL support and dark mode. Scoring runs client-side to stay on Firebase's free tier — zero infrastructure cost.

REDA Cards

Personalised corporate greeting cards for REDA Hazard Control and its 7 group companies, across six occasions a year (Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Saudi National Day, Founding Day, Hijri New Year and New Year). Staff pick an occasion, their company and a design, type their name and job title, move, resize and recolour them on the card, and download a full-resolution image. Cards are drawn with the browser's Canvas API, so the preview and the downloaded file always match, with Arabic and Latin text rendered from one font pairing. A bilingual admin lets the team add a new season without a developer: upload the artwork, place the name and job title on it, and manage occasions, categories and fonts (including uploaded licensed fonts). Built with React 19, Vite, Tailwind CSS 4 and i18next (Arabic/English, full RTL), with Supabase for the admin data and storage and a daily Vercel cron. Live at redacards.com.

REDA Catalogue

An internal catalogue and exhibition-packing system built for REDA Hazard Control, a safety-equipment supplier. The team keeps one shared product database (codes, Arabic and English names, dimensions, weight and photos), builds a packing list for each exhibition by picking products and quantities, and gets weight and volume totals as they go. Lists export to Excel or to a print-ready packing list with the company letterhead, and products can be imported in bulk from Excel. Bilingual Arabic/English with full RTL, roles for administrators and team members. Built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM and Tailwind CSS 4.
